Our story
Built for the organisations enterprise consultancies ignore
myDynamics was founded to make Microsoft Dynamics 365 approachable for organisations that don’t have enterprise budgets or a dedicated IT department. For years we’ve watched charities, associations and small businesses get quoted six-figure CRM programs, handed off to offshore teams, and left to fend for themselves after go-live. We thought that was daft.
So we built a deliberately small Australian team that does three things well: implement Dynamics 365 CRM, build the custom web and mobile software that sits around it, and resell Microsoft licences so you only deal with one partner. No oversized consultancy pitch, no endless discovery phase, no disappearing act after launch. Just a name you can call.

We’re a Microsoft Cloud Partner and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) reseller. That means we buy Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure on your behalf, handle billing in Australian dollars, and stay current on the Microsoft roadmap so you don’t have to. We don’t claim certifications we haven’t earned — just a deep, working knowledge of the stack and the discipline to use it well.
