1. Who we are

Schwoi Pty Ltd (“myDynamics”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit https://mydynamics.io or engage us as a customer.

2. What information we collect

  • Contact form data — your name, email, phone (optional), organisation and the message you send us.
  • Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp, captured by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
  • Analytics cookies — only set once you have accepted cookies via our consent banner. These help us understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, referrers, session behaviour).
  • Customer data (CSP / managed services) — where we act as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider or managed service partner we may access limited personal information held in your Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 tenant to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or proposal.
  • To deliver the services you have engaged us for, including configuration, support and billing.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in Australia.
  • To improve the site and our services through aggregated analytics (only after consent).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing without a lawful basis or your consent.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We only share personal information with parties who help us run our business or where we are required to by law. These include:

  • Microsoft — as the underlying platform provider for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 services we configure for you.
  • Payment processors — to process invoices and subscription charges. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Subprocessors — email delivery, ticketing, monitoring, and accounting providers that support our operations under written agreements.
  • Regulators and law enforcement — where we are lawfully required to disclose information.

5. Storage and security

Where practical we host data in Australian Microsoft Azure regions. Some Microsoft and subprocessor services may store or process data in other regions — we choose providers with equivalent privacy protections and contractual safeguards.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls including encryption in transit, role-based access, and multi-factor authentication for staff accounts.

6. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to complain if you believe we have mishandled it. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept via our consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

9. Contact
