Cookie Policy
We keep cookies to a minimum and ask before we set anything non-essential.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can place in your browser to remember information between visits. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) can store data locally without an HTTP cookie; this policy covers both.
2. What we use
- Essential session cookies — currently none. The public site does not require a login. If we add a portal or authenticated area in future, essential cookies strictly required for login or security will be used without consent (as permitted by law).
- Analytics cookies — only set after you accept via the consent banner. When enabled these may include Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_*) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck,_clsk). They help us understand aggregate usage and improve the site. - Consent token — a small
localStorageentry (mydynamics.consent.v1) that records your choice from the banner so we do not ask again on every page.
3. The consent banner
On your first visit you will see a small banner at the bottom of the screen explaining that we use cookies and linking to this page. It offers two choices:
- Accept — we load the analytics cookies listed above on the next page render.
- Decline — no third-party scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Pressing Esc is treated as a decline. Your choice is remembered in localStorage on your device.
4. Managing cookies
You can change your mind at any time:
- Clear site data for https://mydynamics.io in your browser settings to remove the consent token — the banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Use your browser’s cookie and site-data controls to block or delete cookies from specific domains.
- Most browsers offer a Do Not Track or global privacy control setting — we will continue to respect your banner choice regardless.
5. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to [email protected] or via our contact form. See also our Privacy Policy.
